Is what I hear over and over again from my clients.With more than 15 years in the field, I love helping people achieve their fitness goals. I love how Pilates is gentle on the body and is a perfect workout for anyone, even if they are not particularly athletic.
I discovered Pilates “accidentally” when I took my first Pilates class in my native country of Italy. When lifting weights wasn’t giving me the results I wanted, I switched to Pilates and was thrilled at the results achieved in just a few workouts. I was hooked. Pilates was such a gentle yet effective exercise and fitness method, I decided to become a teacher after relocating to Miami Beach. Fast forward, I became certified Pilates teacher by Pilates Method Alliance in 2010 and teaching Pilates ever since.
Throughout the years I acquired additional certifications in other exercise methods like Power Plate, Biokinetics, Xtend Barre Method, TRX, Ki-Hara that I integrate in my clients fitness programs to help them achieve the most well rounded, balanced, safe and effective workout available ensuring flexibility, joint strength, bio-mechanical function and peak health.
My biggest reward is having my clients report to me how great they feel and look.
